What We Do

We facilitate the discovery and “sticky” learning of leadership capacity for individuals, teams, and organizations through adventurous, outdoor, and transformative experiences. Additionally, we provide mentorship and support to outdoor youth development organizations.

What does success look like for us?

We succeed when you succeed. We are successful when we observe you – our partners, clients, and friends – demonstrating leadership principles in your lives and organizations that produce positive results and your encouragement to others to find their leadership capacity.

What is the test of Leadership Capacity?

Leading yourself

– Do you know yourself, your values, and character?

Leading a Team

– Is the team cohesive and do its members rise and grow?

Leading an Organization

- Was a larger purpose pursued and achieved?
