SESSION 1 - DISCOVERY
Our discovery session is designed to clarify who you are and who you want to become. This applies to your business and career and your personal life..
SESSION 2 - VALUES
Session 2 focuses on values and how they will be the foundation for the behaviors you commit to becoming who you want.
SESSION 3 - BEHAVIORS
Session 3 will help identify limiting behaviors and how to ritualize certain behaviors through habit formation tools.
SESSION 4 - GOALS & HABITS
Session 4 will explore how your specific goals are achievable through proper habit formation and productivity tools.
SESSION 5 - INDIVIDUALIZED COACHING
Session 5 will provide one-on-one coaching with your course guide to check your progress and address your specific objectives.
SESSION 6 - FINAL GROUP MEETING
Session 6 is the final group session and will include small breakout rooms to solidify your learning by providing an opportunity to teach specific principles to others in your cohorts. This is how your learning becomes "sticky."
